LEONIDA KEYS

Turquoise water, long bridges and a long history of smuggling.

The Keys are a string of small islands trailing off Leonida's southern tip, joined by long ocean bridges. Life here moves slowly: dive shops, marinas, roadside bars and holiday rentals.

It's also where Jason's story begins. Rockstar says he's been working for local drug runners in the Keys, and that the veteran smuggler Brian Heder lets him live rent-free at one of his properties in exchange for help. Brian still runs product through his boat yard with his wife, Lori. Jason's friend Cal Hampton is part of the same circle.

Expect boats, seaplanes and plenty to find underwater. Official screenshots show divers exploring a reef and a shipwreck.
